When IT was called EDP

Aha! Discovered how to load my own background photo - yay! It's a very old photo from back in the days of the mainframe computer which took up a whole room with its bank of CPUs, disk drives the size of washing machines, printers larger than today's refigerators and reel-to-reel tape drives!

IT in the 70s! Those round things at the back are disks, and the piece of equipment on the left is a card reader. You can just see the control terminal for the computer on the right.
